Our story

Building interiors
since 1994.

Established in 1994, Interior Building Services is a general contractor specializing in commercial and retail interiors.

Throughout his career, founder and president Bob Fluet has sought to deliver the highest quality and excellence in construction. The company's reputation and owner-oriented philosophy have been established through a hands-on approach to due diligence, preconstruction, scheduling, and a strong subcontractor base.

Our staff brings together backgrounds in construction, architecture, real estate, administration, and technology. That range gives Interior Building Services a broader view of each client's work environment and the issues that shape it.

What guides us

The standards behind
every space.

01

Owner-oriented

We look at the work through the client's priorities: use, cost, schedule, risk, and lasting value.

02

Hands-on

Experienced people stay engaged with the decisions and the field conditions that shape the outcome.

03

Detail-driven

Finish quality is not a final phase. It is the result of coordination and care throughout the build.

04

Relationship-led

We communicate directly, solve issues practically, and treat trust as something the work must keep earning.

Our team

Experience across
the work.

Interior Building Services brings construction, estimating, field leadership, administration, and financial oversight together around each commercial interior.

Clients get clear points of contact and experienced attention across planning, field delivery, and administration.
